Due to continuous heavy rainfall in Nepal, many roads have been destroyed, and several cities, including Kathmandu Valley, have experienced severe flooding, with water levels reaching up to 10 feet. Hundreds of thousands of people have been displaced and left homeless. Tragically, 72 people have lost their lives. Among the damage, a partnering church of MfTN was completely destroyed when a large tree and a landslide fell on it.
The members of this church are very poor, and the church has no savings from offerings or tithes. The local pastor said, “We will never be able to rebuild the church unless God provides.”
Pastor Ruben has started raising funds and offerings through prayer to rebuild the church. The estimated cost of reconstruction is US$5,200.
Dear friends, we ask for your prayers and support. Every contribution, no matter the size, will bring us closer to rebuilding this church. Once we reach US$2,000, we will begin construction. Will you consider making a small donation today to help us reach this milestone?
